Purchase terms.

Games & your account.

Games cost $8 USD each unless the checkout says otherwise. A purchase grants personal use of the selected game and places its available installers in your Truckfish library. It does not transfer copyright or permission to redistribute the game. Accounts use a verified email address; keep your password private.

The game page describes what is included today. Screenshots are from actual builds. A free booklet is a manual, not an installer. Future features, additional platforms, and device compatibility beyond the stated requirements are not promised.

Monthly membership.

The $12 USD membership renews monthly and gives four game choices per paid billing period. Each game you select remains in your library after you cancel. Unused choices expire at the next billing period under the current policy. You can cancel renewal from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not remove games already selected.

Review the recurring amount and timing at hosted checkout. Selecting a game uses a choice immediately; already-owned games do not use another choice.

Payments & delivery.

Truckfish Games is published by ChargingBull Software, the merchant shown at checkout.

Stripe handles payment on its hosted checkout page. Truckfish does not receive your full card details. Your library is updated after payment is confirmed. Any taxes charged are shown at checkout. Download links are temporary and can be requested again from your library.

Keep copies of installers and saves for your personal use. Account ownership records and local game progress are separate. Uninstalling or clearing app data can erase local progress.

Problems & refunds.

For a failed installation, incorrect purchase, duplicate charge, or refund request, contact info@truckfishgames.com with your order reference. We will review the purchase and issue; this notice does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
